The property is located in a small hilly village of Casale Monferrato. Offers you a b & b (weekdays) and wellness package at the weekend, combined with treatments that are held in various centers of the structure:

•  The SPA 'Divinum' accessed in absolute privacy and exclusivity (mainly in pairs or small groups) and where you can book a 'CIRCUIT WELLNESS' that lasts 2 hours with: wine therapy, steam bath with aroma therapy and chromium therapy, a waterfall shower contrast, multijet whirlpool and relaxation area

• The new SPA Aquavitae, stands where once were the first wine cellars of the structure, and everywhere the traces of this past are still be seen, retrieved and processed from the press in whirlpool areas, the 'cascade' a time machine in the cellar, the ancient well still clearly visible, to the same materials used.
  Just opened, where we find a small but lovely pool with swimming pool and heated whirlpool and various locations (including a 'tub in cave' very impressive) + + a bio sauna, a relaxation area with herbal teas various areas will + with treatment rooms, where you can choose various types of massages and facial and body treatments, all based on anti-aging and revitalizing properties of the grape.
